Licton Springs K-8 is experiencing a gas leak due to construction in the area.

Dear Licton Springs Families,

Out of an abundance of caution, students have been evacuated to the gym and the decision has been made to close school for the day.

Parents are being asked to please come to the school gymnasium as soon as possible to pick up your student(s).

The Seattle Fire Department, Puget Sound Energy, and SPS Facilities are investigating and working to resolve the issue.
