YOU ARE INVITED to cheer on (or run alongside) our GOTR (Girls On The Run) participants Thursday, May 1 at their Practice 5k (3.1 miles) from 3:00pm-4:20/4:30pm. We’ll start our run from the front of the school building (it’s 9 laps around the school block). This is a chance for our GOTR participants to warm up for the big day on Sunday, May 18 at the GOTR Regional 5K Celebration, Renton Memorial Stadium.

If you are interested in supporting our GOTR Team at the Regional 5k Sunday, May 18^th, please sign up as a Community Runner at https://www.gotrpugetsound.org/5k. Online registration is open through Sunday, May 11 for $20. Limited in-person registration for $45 day of 5K event.

• Girls On The Run (GOTR) is an organization that seeks to help girls recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, and learn how to stand up for themselves and others. Connection and teamwork build confidence and resilience in GOTR participants. Our partnership with Girls on the Run provides a safe and inclusive space to thrive and flourish. Participants are girls Grades 3-5.
  • Any reference to “girls” includes gender-expansive and non-binary youth.
