Championship Refresher:

• Date: Sunday, November 17th
• Time & Location:
  • Time: 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m (tentative ending date)
  • Location: LIBERTY HIGH SCHOOL  16655 136^th STREET, RENTON, WA 98059
    • Team Check-In/Pit-Set-up: 9:30am-10:00am- *ENTRANCE*: Enter into the Commons/Cafeteria
• Parking: You may park in the main parking lot or the bus lane
• Lunch: Special Olympics Washington will be providing sandwiches, fruit, a snack, and water to each team.
• Loud Noises: Please note that the competition will be loud. Please prepare your students and parents that headphones might be needed if they have a sound sensitivity. We will have a 2 drummers lead the march to the match.
• Relaxation Station: For those who might be over stimulated, there will be a quiet room available in Room 4210
• Merchandise: We will have Unified Robotics Championship shirts for sale: $20. We will also have additional Unified shirts ($20) and sweatshirts ($40) for sale as well. Please inform your families.

Team Spirit: Everyone is encouraged to show their team spirit on the day of the competition. That means:

• Team Bling: Team shirts, facepaint, necklaces, colored hair spray, buttons and anything else to show off your team and school
• Team Signs: Bring a sign that has your Team Name on it for the March to the Match
• Pit Tables: Each team will get 4 feet of a table to prepare your robot. Tape your Team Sign on the table and items to decorate your table (streamers, ribbon, etc.)
  • Please bring any and all things to decorate your pit! You may post posters on the wall. Let’s get Wacky with our decorations!
• Cheers: Come ready to say your team/school cheer during Opening Ceremonies and throughout the competition- have fun with it!
